Liability Waiver

By registering for EliteSport programs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in sports activities, including the possibility of injury. You agree to release EliteSport, its staff, coaches, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the program start date.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date or for missed sessions.
• EliteSport reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs; in such cases, full refunds will be provided.
